Ripping off tax-payers

Just to make everyone aware who sponcers and funds this joke of an estabishmnt I'd like to make the public aware from my own experience that I am a batered victim. I asked this office for help regarding PFA and custody and was told that I'm not eligable for services because of x, y. And z reasons. The receptionist then told me if I had a criminal record which I don't, and if I was on welfare they would represent me for an expungement of that criminal record so that I could get a better job.

It's disturbing to know that if your an upstanding citizen free of criminal history your not entitled or eligable for bennifits. But if your a criminal you have a right to an attorney and now can have your recorde expunged. How about that huh? ONLY IN AMERICA.

Furhtermore, I know I shouldn't say this but I'm going to anyway. This is stricktly my opinion.

THE AMERICAN BAR ASSOCIATION IS ALSO A SCAM. I say this because they are nothing more than A referral place. I believe it's a scam designed by lawyers who claim they can referr you to an attorney who if you can't afford services will do it for low or no fee. This is misleading information. They only get u a consultation with an attorney who will then determine if it is BENNIFICIAL to them to take your case. A nice way of finding out who they can fee bomb and who they can't. Telling the ones with no money sorry u don't have a case and they ones they can make an easy buck off of they will taker those caSES.

Is there any such thing aas a free or low cost attorney??? If you ask me the services in place are just an illusion set up to get funding so hey can do everything but help those who need it. I'd love to read what anyone has to say. And American Bar you should be ashamed it's like taking the wheel off someones wheel chair. Shame on you
