Lou Pearlman Fashion Rock ripoff Mark Tolner Reca Rene Chamberlain John MacGregor bully Bill Rosenberger Richard Jans uses unethical practices and corrupts the State of Florida

I used to work for these people and know what they do. I know they have had a hard-on for Bill Rosenberger and Frank Torrtelli for quite a while. Alec Defrawy even offered a reward to anyone who could locate them.

I saw that the lawsuit that Richard Jans and Reca Rene Chamberlain cooked up for Mark Tolner to intimidate them was finally filed. I was surprised and found it actually funny that they would accuse Rosenberger of masterminding any sort of a scheme like that since the have spent so much time smearing him as a crazy whack job.

Tolner was so pissed that Rosenberger got the federal case dropped that they filed in circuit court. These guys just don't give up, and I guess that is why Bill Rosenberger is talking about settling to get all the charges dropped. I saw on the docket in federal court that the lawsuit against RIP OFF was dismissed also.

So now they accuse these guys of racketeering. I was not aware that they got money out of exposing crimes. True? How much did Frank get for doing the Dateline story? It was big talk at TCT and they swore vengence for that. From what I knew, TCT was stealing credit card numbers, passing them to Alec Defrawy at Model Search America and claiming he stole them when he was fired. How is that Rosenberger and RIP OFF's involvement in racketeering? I guess Reca Rene and Richard Jans feel they have cooked up enough convincing evidence to make it stick, or at least paper them to death.

Now, I actually think it is funny that Jackie Dowd got fired, Rosenberger and Torelli are running for their life and Pearlman gets a clean bill of health, all thanks to their key operative, John MacGregor, Jackie's replacement, who has a reputation for making things "go away" - quid pro quo. It was obviously worth every penny they gave Pete Antonacci to make it go away!

I would like to know if RIP OFF is making the same deal and will eventually apologize to "Fatman" Pearlman like Rosenberger is planning. I would lose a lot of respect for what you do. If Rosenberger does cut a deal just to get Tolner off his back, then he is as crazy as they say he is. He should have stayed in his hole and kept his mouth shut in the first place. Likewise for Frank, if that is what he is planning. It then helps no one.
