I worked as a brand ambassador for their DRIVE4COPD program in Phoenix on November and have yet to receive compensation

I performed work for BMT promotions & Talent in November in Phoenix, Arizona as an independent contractor and have not been paid. I worked a total of 23.5 hours for which compensation should be $352.50 on November 11,12 and 13. I have contacted BMT through email for updates on payment status but only receive replies on how much they care about paying their contractors but they don't know when they'll pay and that they will let us know when payment comes in. Almost four months of waiting for payment is ridiculous
