I've read very similar complaints as I am about to report. I ordered the three products that were advertised to try free for only the cost of shipping and handling, which I paid. I started using the free trials (so they made you, the customer believe) and before I had a chance to decide whether or not I liked the product $97.00 was pulled out of my account. This is a terrible company and people should not just let it go. Especially when you are on a fixed income and $97.00 would have bought my husband and I food for the month or pay a bill. Cindy C.
