Ed Forrester and I enter into an agreement where he could rent out or sell my house as long as he paid the mortgage. Ed transfered the title and then stopped making the mortgage payments. He has let my house fall into default twice, but now since it is in default and I took him off as an authorized third party, he cannot reinstate the loan. I have to and I WILL NEVER DO THAT! I also have been able to legally lock him out of the home. The bank on Jan 16th changed the locks since I told them I couldnt secure it. The only way to get the lock box combo is to call the bank and he cant do that anymore. I have to call and get the combo and of course I WILL NEVER DO THAT! He is screwed and now is trying to get back at me with some pathetic lawsuit. Try going into court with a contract that you have breached, they will laugh you out of court you fool. As long as I dont reinstate the loan, the house will be taken by the bank and he loses everything. Go ahead and file complaints all you want ED you will not scare me at all.
