Unsatisfied Customer - hot chocolate

I recently supported dunkin donuts buy purchasing a sm. Hot chocolate and lrg. Coffee. The hot chocolate was less than 2/3 full. The coffee had sugar at the bottom. And, they short changed me. They were also rude.
