Don't worry about her, she likes her pill popping, then sits around all day drinking coffee and smoking. Don't worry about the place falling down or is crocked eather. Just because it has not passed health, safety, building and electrical inspections does not mean you don't have a roof over your head.
Rudolph Chiu does not care he is a owner/Slumlord!!! Here in kitchener. You will be in great company there because there are alot of people who do the same, so you will have abit of compitition or get alot of new customers. I guess it depends on how you look at it.
