Kultar was a travel agent in Bradford, West Yorkshire. I booked air tickets for myself and wife to India and paid cash. On appointment day to collect tickets, Kultar is not in Skybird Travel office. I reach him on mobile, he promise me tickets next day. Next day still no news from Kultar, he is not answer mobile. My trip is spoiled, I cannot afford to buy more tickets. Police say I must take the company to court.
Please be very alert of this con man, he is cheated many people in Bradford. Now he is not in Bradford, cheating other people in UK. This is his style. He will cheat, then run. His family Heera brand is very rich, no need to cheat simple people. God is witness.
