I ordered a set of car mats. I realized that i did not need them. I went to their website well prior to my echech even clearing and asked to cancel or credit the order. When receiving no response I searched the internet and found a number. Zero response from them. I even phoned paypal to see if there was anything I could do. After numerous emails and calls I received an email saying my product had been shipped.

I sent it back and asked for a refund. They actually gave my money back but didn't refund shipping.

I sent this email:

Why would you give me a partial refund if it getting shipped was
your mistake? I want to speak to a human about this or get my money back
from you.

This is really getting under my skin. I will be hitting everywhere I can
soon explaining how vlv worlds customer service is the worst by far that I
have ever experienced if we don't settle this soon.

I have researched you (should have done it more thoroughly before) and youy
certainly don't need anymore bad press. I have gone as far as set up
accounts at every forum on volvos on the internet (who knew there were that
many!) and will wait till friday March9 to hear from you. After that I am
going to Blog/email and post what an ordeal that this has been dealing with
you. I really feel strongly about this situation and feel that I will stick
with telling this story over and over and over.

I feel that I should give you one more chance, I don't know why, to refund
my money IN FULL. Shipping this product was your problem, not mine After a demanding email I finally got a response.

BELIEVE IT OR NOT I GOT A RESPONSE!!! In the end I got two responses and only after I had been heavy with ultimatums.

You ordering the wrong part was your error in the first place, so don't put
the blame on us for shipping it too fast and not cancelling it in time. We
agree to refund the full cost of the part, without restocking and handling
fees like other stores would do. Concerning the shipping cost not being
refunded, if you buy the wrong or a defective product at Wal-Mart, and you
must bring it back to the store, they won't refund your fuel and car cost
for going back to the store. We are just the same as any other store on the
planet. You can blast us on all Volvo forums, but hopefully you will be
honest enough to cut and paste this entire reply as our response.

Well certainly this response was an oversight since I had done everything by their rules to cancel/credit this order. Even going above and beyond by tracking down their number (no easy task) and even phoning and emailing paypal. I have been sending emails to vlv regularily explaining this to them and am awaiting a response. All my emails are unanswered.

This is not a place of business that should be dealt with. If you search them on the internet they have all kinds of complaints.
Here is the almost impossible number to find for all the others that need to 'deal' with vlv. 450-764-9226. Don't expect an answer!
