Damages: $0.00. My husband and i received this letter in mail to apply for a grant. We went ahead and did. We just received the 956.47. We took it to the key bank in our area. There are no key banks in the area on the check. It is fraud and faults advertising. Luckily we didn't put it in our account. Theses people need to be put in jail. It looks all legit also. Her email addresses are www.LisaProcter.Biz or.net. We are going to the police but I already know they wont do anything. She even threatens to send you to collections if you dont pay the 500.00 for the commission fee which is 5% of 10000 dollars. Tells you how to go about it and thing is the person who cashes it is the one charged. So beware
