Back in november I purchased a pair of boots on this site and paid for them as i have on many other online sites, upon paying for them they ask for all your info as though your setting up an account for tracking purposes. I recieved my boots and figured it was a done deal! Well i keep pretty good track of my finances due to rebuilding credit from a bad divorce while looking my account over right after christmas to check the damages from shopping i noticed they charged me twice for the boots 39.95 then an additional 39.95 for the following month. I called them with nothing getting resolved so forwarded my complaint to my credit card. My credit card co got ahold of them and did a 3 way mediation on the phone with me and them at that time the woman said she couldnt refund the 39.95 billed for december but would reinbuirst the double charge back to me (which they did) and give me a credit for the december fee twards another pair of whateva. So i did all this as well as after hanging up with justfab my bank advised me to change my account number to insure no more charges (which i did). NOW 3 FUCKING months later all has been well until i look at my bill today I dont know how they did it but they have gotten my new account number and have charged my account another 39.95. R u flippin kiddin me? So guess i know what my day will consist of 2moro considering the first time i was on the phone with people about this for hours!!! Wtf
