This charge has been recurring on my wife's phone, and since we have a joint account through T-Mobile, I've been attempting to deal with both this and a MobiTV charge as well. When dealing with MobiTV, the number provided is unable to handle accounts, and I was told that T-Mobile would have to block the access and cancel the subscription. This is the third time that I've attempted to have these charges removed. For all those that have contacted their provider, make sure you check your next bill to see if it has been removed. You may be told it will take 1-2 billing cycles for the charges to be removed, but don't believe them until it's gone.
