I received a letter in the mail saying I won a 8 day 7night cruise and 2 free air tickets all I need to do was call and make an appointment to attend there seminar at the Hilton Garden Inn in Panama City, Florida with my wife and both of us must be 30 years or older. Nothing to by unless you like what you saw. Well my wife and I went on February 25th. We got there 15 minutes before hand to fill out paper work like they asked. After that a man named Jerry, came out to the lobby and ask us to follow him we went into a room and sat down at a table were Jerry started to us a number of question which one of them was were would you most like to go on a vacation if you could afford it my wife and I said ALASKA next thing the program started we saw lots & lots of resorts and cruises, and weekend vacation trips, ect. At great deals it looked to good to be true after the program they stated it would cost $8995.00 for a lifetime membership. We started to get up when Jerry came back and asked if we were interested we said NO then another salesman came over and said if I reduce the price to $5995.00 we said NO thats when Bill came over and said I will do it for you $3995.00 and I see your wife and you want to go to ALASKA that he could book me on the Carnival Golden Prines in June on a 8 day cruise in a balcony for $717.00pp or a suite for $824.00pp. We asked how can you do this? Bill's answered it was the buying power of the club since they had a membership of over 250,000 which take over 500,000 trips a year that what gives them the buying power. Well my wife and I already new what it cost to go Alaska we asked Bill again are you sure? Bill replyed yes several times. So we purchased the program for $3995.00. They took us out in the lobby to do the paper thats when we found out that we would not be able to book a trip right away because it would take up to 4 days to receive the pass word needed to get on site to order. Well nothing was like it was said to me. I received my pasword 4 days later by e-mail and the next day called there agent Josie at 1-800-524-6240 ext.#240 who works for a company named Blue Lagoon I told them what I wanted they said they say they would e-mail a quote back by 5 pm. The next day which they did but the prices Bill quoted me on the Golden Priness were not what he said. The quote I was given was only for a balcony it was for $1250.00pp. So I went back down to were the seminar was helded and saw Bill he took me to the manager Jody which was his wife and stated to Jody I quoted the prices that Mr. Grinde said then Jody said she would call the agent and call me back the next day after a couple of days not hearing I called her several times at her phone number 1-855-591-5937 or 407-432-9981 which I finally got her instead of her voice mail Jody stated Bill quotes were right but the problem was they were booked up 4 months eariler but she could give me the same ship next June for those quotes then she said just call the Josie. I did and the quotes sent back to me were $1050.00pp on a balcony on a different ship called Miracle. I called back to Jody and told her what they said and I then stated I wanted a complete refund of $3995.00 I was lied too Jody stated that she could not do that I would need to call her boss in Texas his name was Arnulfo @817-247-9248 I have called repeatly time after time all I get is voice mail and Jody will not return any calls. "THIS IS A SCAM." I stoped payment on my Visa credit card but I had to send them a lot of paper work too so its in there hands if I am returned $3995.00.
