I was supposed to be able to get unlimited downloads for 12.98 but was charged $70.80. When I called them, the rep insisted that the website showed the $12.98 was a MONTHLY charge and hung up on me THREE times. To make matters worse, I don't even have the download on my phone. It never showed up!
This is unacceptable. I don't like being robbed. I want my money back.
