Miscellaneous

So I got laid off from work and can use the help. I heard the radio ad, and thought i could use this! I called and was totally lied too when i asked the rep (Chris#649) if it was legit and the rep replied yes, then he gave me a whole song and dance on how if it wasn't legit it wouldn't be allowed on the radio, he even gave me a few different numbers to call if i had any questions, then continued to say I would receive a $2000.00 grocery card that I could use on anything but alcohol, tobacco, and fresh produce in the mail with in 2 weeks however I had to pay $19.95 for shipping and handling. He also offered me a reimbursement on my $19.95 money though FreeShipping.com along with many other offers. I haven't seen anything yet in the mail. I tried calling their # 1-800-520-7034 and 1-866-2600 today to get a refund and now no one is answering. I've called the last 3 days and each time the rep gave me the answer "there was a problem in shipping and its gonna take a little longer to get to you." so today I go to Google to look for their website and now I find out, by accident, it's a scam.
All I can say this, if your gonna steal from poor people who could use the help you should definitely be locked up! Or get sued and pay back triple for the trouble!!
