My wife fell for this scam as have many others. However I was alerted to it by my credit card company and I immediately stopped my card. For the slight inconvenience of no credit card for 5 days I have prevented the scammers from taking any more of my money beyond the sample we requested.
As with others the phone does not work and so I have sent a cancellation post card to the address on the package in the US.
Being very familiar with the small claims court (ex-Bailiff) I look forward to meeting their representative should they pursue me for money! Should a claim be made against you, you must be aware that if you fail to show in court you automatically lose.
