I pulled my credit report a couple of days ago. I happen to notice a debt from PEAK CREDIT SOLUTIONS for $1183.55. I called the number provided on the report 877-586-1477 several times. I have left messages but have not received a call back yet. I did see attached to the debt it says Payday Loan#2. I have NEVER I REPEAT NEVER taken out a payday. So I know for a fact that this is Fraud. I researched the company and found several people in my same situation and this so called company never answers the phone nor do they call back. I will be taking Legal Action against thsi company and I cant wait to see them in court!!!
