Beware, Peak 5 is owned and operated by the same people who use to own and run Centrix financial.

Robert Sutton, Is a big crook. He has committed fraud by hiding financial records from the credit unions. And consumers who has vehicles service through his company.

He owed over 3.4 million to three different banks, After he found out that the banks were fixing to sue himm They filed chapter 11.

Under chapter 11 he ask the judge to let him and his partners buy the company and change the name too peak 5.

They have violated several laws. I don't know why the government keeps letting them get away with all the laws they have broken.

could be one of the rude ones that I talked to today about my amended payments and they repossesses on me. He told me he was in charge of the accounts and would not transfer me to a supervisor. THey were supposed to mail me my amended paperwork and twice I never received them. They told me they were emailed and never received an email from them, johnny wood told me
they have confirmation of the email. But didnt say anything after that. Well the car is gone and they cant squeeze blood from this turnip. Its there loss and they can write it off. Credit is shot anyway, might as well file bankruptcy to clean up my record.
