3. Compensation:
3.1. The compensation of the Commodity Inspector is constitutes 2000 (two thousand) US dollars
per month as a basic salary, plus a monthly bonus up to 100 (one hundred) percent of basic salary,
provided the duties are effected on time, with duly accuracy and in strict compliance with the
instructions from the Company.
3.2.in case of refusal from the part of the Employee to resend the products, received from the
customers, or delay of shipment for the period exceeding 5 days without any explicit reason, the
Company shall have the right to apply to the arbitration and claim for the reimbursement of the
losses or for compensation for other damage if any, evicted due to the delay.
