Said i wanted reasonable priced mattress. Showed me one that said $1100. I explained I would not be using it for long, because I am almost 80 years old and I was on my way out, after suffering colon cancer. I just wanted to rest in peace on a soft mattress. Quibbledabout delivery charges, $89.00. I live just about a mile away. I am on a poverty based income, and had saved a long time to buy the mattress. Item is defective, springs poking me in ribs, cannot sleep, creaks loudly when I move. Salesman kept telling me I was too heavy for that king of mattress. Wants $400 to exchange, and another delivery charge. Also said I should have bought mattress pad. I did not need it. I already have one.
