Ordered a ring from the above site, they debited my bank account and I received an email confirming that my ring would be posted out to me. Have checked my account on the above site and it still states 5 days later my order is processing. Have emailed the company several times in respect of getting delivery date and tracking order number and also just leaving the children to play. Please can you advise how I go on about getting a refund.
