Irthcerticate from the state of Virginia I recently was charged a double fee for the certicate. One good charged from the state of Virginia and a second charge from USbirthcertic.com located in Texas for the sum of $49.00 for a service I did not order. I did not receive or confirm the order from USbirthcertic.com but was charge for a service that I did not receive nor confirm. This charge was through on line banking.
