Refuse to return my calls, lie, never give job placement, refuse to give certificate, over charge you and donot teach you anything, over charge for supplies, not concern about black students and give us

I attended labelle beauty academy in april july for nail techican program

I have tried several times to receive my certicate. They refuse to return my calls and constantly lie. They state i will call u back. They donot give job placement. They state we will have the lady call you for a list of salons hiring and yet i am still waiting on the call. They donot give the same respect to black students. They treat us like we donot matter. They give out cheap nail supplies and cheap nail kits.

When u ask why are other students are getting more expensive kits and better supplies. They state oh they are new students and you pay have pay for another kit. I have paid off my program and its no excuse to not give me my certicate. I have paid $1500 for program and $260 for o.P.I. Kit in which should have been included my program. All they want is money and donot care about you. They donot teach anything. Labelle is total rip off and not worth all the money you spend for this school. I need to sue for being mistreated and my terrible experience with them. I would like someone to contact me about this situation.
