Purchased the spanish language intro CD for $9.95 back in December. Pimsleur automatically signs you up for follow up CD set that they send to you, and if you do nothing they'll start charging you for it after a certain period of time with the credit card number you originally gave them. I sent it back immediately and i called them to MAKE SURE it was cancelled. Still, 60 days later they charged my credit card for $64! I called and they said the record shows it was not returned. "Could be the carrier or could be the warehouse. That's why we ask customers to get tracking number for returns." SCAM!
