I was contacted by phone regarding a grant I was to receive. I was asked to send 130.00 for a charity contribution to the American Red Cross and within 15 minutes I would get the grant. You must understand I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and have bills I am not able to pay so being desperate I did as asked. Needless to say, it didn't happen and once again I am in worse shape than before. I was also given a name and number if I didn't get the grant (Frank at 646-722-0078 for complaints). When I called that number I was told I needed to send 300.00 and if I couldn't don't call again.
