I got a check in the mail for $3,945.88 and a phone number to call for verification. Once I called the number he said all I had to do was cash the check. They did not want any personal info or money. After they would verify I had cashed it they would send the rest of the grant money in the sum of $34,054.12. I was selected for this Grant because of my tax bracket when I filed my income tax is what I was told. The government was giving these grants to people in need because of the economy is what he said.
