Charged for alarm services when the person was not even connected to the alarm co. And then charged her to be hooked up

A schoolteacher has been paying (auto pay) for ADT ALARM services since and recently found out she was not even hooked up. When she called them they told her they will charge her for a person to come out and hook her up, but would not refund her money. $3,000 since and no protection. This company is immoral.
