Spectrum Brands - Chemico ripoff Non-payment of overtime salary expenses referral bonus and egrecious employee grievance practices

I am a father, veteran, over 40, whom has worked at United Industries St. Louis, MO Company since March. I was the Winner of the Sales Award For 2003 and the Winner of 2004 Vigoro Sales Contest. I was terminated unjustly and quickly June, and now seek that my overtime salary ($1693.125), expenses ($38.95) and referral bonus ($250.00) be paid by this multi-million dollar St. Louis, Missouri Company.in turn United Industries, akaSpectrum Brands, akaChemico 2150 Schuetz Rd St. Louis, MO, sent me a Separation Release Offer.

All I want is my just amount owed and they want to use a "Separation Release" to pay half the amount and deprive me of ALL future wrong doings they have committed. One being, wrongful termination, another NOT paying overtime, a sensitive Labor Department point made this past month, under which a special FRAUD section was announced. Additionally, they stipulate NO public or private compensation in Civil, Human Rights, Personal, Age, Health etc, etc. To which I did not know I could be compensated for. United Industries aka spectrum Brands and Mr. L. Landerman, 2150 Schuetz Rd St. Louis, MO, has overlooked very sercious - criminal activity for a few of his employees.

So today, I ask what type of business is this that an employee would give its ALL, his money and dedication that it would treat its employees in the harshest, mean-spirited, coercive, Un-American way? Being un-employed without any funds, now I will need an Attorney to respond to a simple letter I sent them. It seems American Businesses would rather part with humanism before parting with their sick, in-humane, money I produced for them in the first place. I would rather the City of St. Louis, Missouri put them out of business, I'm not being mean; I just think they should take their own medicine.
