They offered the 2 products which i cant remember the name of for the price of the postage i never recieved anything and forgot about it till 2wks later when on my bank statementthey took payment of 69.95 and 69.00 i phoned the uk number on my email and cancelled and ask for my refund and was told to wait till end of week and see if product arrived and send it back to them and if it did not arrive to phone again and they would refund my money i phoned them back and kept getting cut of it was supposed to be a uk number but it was america so thefore costing me more money i went on this evening to check my bank to see they have taken another payment of 69.95 how do i stop them they have caused me to go into an unautherised overdrauft
