I rented a car with Fox from overseas, where I currently work. I am home for summers. The car is booked on a credit card I hold in my country of work. On arrival I picked up the car and drove home. The car had no profile on the tires, the brakes barely worked, the alignment was out. I returned the car the next day for an exchange, a safe car. Without my knowing, they charged me $860.00 as if charging me for another car. Since I rent every year for 2 months, I did what I always do: See family in CA, Arizona, Nevada etc. Long story short. At the end of my vacation, I paid with my debit card from the States and left. On arrival here, I learned that they had charged me random charges on my credit card here to the tune of the above amount. No reason given, no info, no call. I tried to call them, no one ever answers the phone. I e-mailed many times, no response. I wrote the same on facebook and got a response ie contact Customer Service. I did and got no response other than: We will look into it and than nothing else. I reposted on Facebook and got the same response. Contact Customer Service. They have lost lawsuits for their random charges and some are pending. Be aware!
