Ex-employee exposes the truth on this ripoff. How to get your money back from this rip-off

To all those who have been scammed by mwi, here is a list of ways for you to get all your money back (we were trained to follow these procedures to the t)

-for all annual charges, must call in and state "i want all my money back" or "i want a full refund" they have to be those words exactly, not 'give me back my 139.95' that will not work. You must say "all" or "full"

-If a Refund has been issued make sure you ask how much, And most likely it will be a pro-rated refund (a refund for the unused portion of the mbrship.) ASK FOR ALL OR FULL.

- For monthly charges, they can refund only the current charge and for any prior months they must transfer you to a supervisor, at which point i am not aware of the 'magic words' that need to be said in order to get the money back. Try using the 'all' or 'full'.

- The more you cooperate with the MSR's (i. E ppl answering the phones) The faster you will get thru this ordeal. Give them your adress and help them to find your file answering any questions they may ask. The sooner your file is found, the sooner you can get your refund and the sooner you can get off the phone.

-Be sure to ask to be taken off ALL lists E-Mail, Phone and Mail lists.

-Do not use profanity, we have been trained to Release your call if you do so.

-Ask how you became enrolled. This is not a scam however it is on the borderline. It is without a shadow of a doubt totally unethical and a ripoff to consumers.
