Ordered hair perms in bulk-never rec'd them. Mark Thurston actually emailed because I asked a question before I paid but after that once paid forget it-no more emails.
Can't believe after all the compaints I've read about this place that they still exist and people are still getting scammed-what does it take!!! No phone number and no answer to numerous emails
