I ordered a plasma balll for my son. I e mailed them twice beings they stated they will answer your mail in 24 hrs, i have not recieved my order in almost 3 weeks, no answer to my e mails. There is no phone number for them ive checked all over the net. This is the first time ive used this site and it will be my last!
