The website states that you can search for ANY vehicle to examine its overall history including repairs and possible accident history. For a mere $2.95 you can do this search guaranteed. So I made the purchase and the car's VIN number could NOT be processed. I called customer service and spoke with a rep. That was only interested in selling me more of their product which I did Not want since the initial product I paid for was completely useless. She told me that my payment, even though I could not use the service, was non-refundable! I am outraged that the purchase, no matter how small, could not and will not be returned considering that I could not use the so-called guaranteed service
