Here is the last information I received from this crap company. I find that my credit card has been debited for two amounts on the same day $78.13 & $73.21.1503 USD000000007999;

I am just in the process of contacting my bank to have their transactions investigated & cancelling my credit card & obtaining a new card.

The thing is I sent the products back after I finally received them as they are no better than your garden variety face & hand cream.

Buyer beware!!!

I am now not overly impressed with your customer service nor your lack of delivery of my products that were ordered in good faith on 6/12 for which you have already debited my credit card..
Your previous email advised I may call the TOLL FREE number toll-free from Australia at 0011 1 (855) 843 3434. I phoned this number and was advised by the operator that this is NOT a toll free number from Australia.

You have already advised me twice that you are “doing our best to minimize any further delay” but you did not answer my original questions from then which were:

Could you please advise & confirm where you posted them to & when they were
actually despatched, if in fact you sent them separately or together and if
they would have been delivered by ordinary mail or by courier?

I have already advised you that my address details are correct. Do you think I don’t know my own address???

I don’t know why you are going to extend the trial period by another 14 days, I don’t have the products to even trial yet!

I would now appreciate if you can answer the above questions from my original email that was sent to you on 22/12 and advise me if my products have been sent. If you cannot advise of such I am now requesting you refund the money for both of these items.

I await your prompt response to my not so impressed email
