Ordered what we believed were Nike Janoski skateboarding shoes, unfortunately without checking reviews of the 'retailer'. Received call from credit card company asking if I had placed an order for $80 with Kerzee. No, I had not, but I had placed an order for $75 from First Schuhe. They said they'd open a fraud claim and send me the form.in the meantime we waited for what we thought was a real order. Received claim form in mail. Two days later received shoes - fake shoes - from China. Had to be a connection, so I called Chase to ask if there was a connection. They said probably so and explained that I couldn't do a fraud claim (although it is fraud isn't it?) but they would file a disputed claim and said they'd work with us to have the charge removed. What a mess. My stupidity. Thankfully Chase will work with me while I try to figure out where to return these fake shoes.
