My Samsung Galaxy S 2 Was stolen and I Reported the problem to a store Representative we ordered the phone and I was told that I would receive my phone at my mailing address in 5-7 business days I did not receive it and the reason was the Store Representative sent it to the wrong address. I had to wait a whole week to receive my phone and i had to pick it up from the Store to make matters worse I received the phone with no battery or back to the phone. So now i am waiting another week to receive those items. I have had a old flip Samsung cell for a whole month and i still have to pay over $100 for a phone i didn't buy instead the phone i did buy i am still waiting to use it. This is ridiculous!
