Received a letter in the mail from Publisher Lottery claims stating that I had won 200,000 and need to call the claims agent.in addition to the letter a check for 5230.50 was enclosed from one of their supposed sponsors AT&T drawn on JP Morgan Chase Bank, Syracuse N.Y. I feel this is fraud and have not cashed the check. The company claims to be at suit 207 2234 oxford drive syracuse ny 13220.
