I am an insurance agent and was having trouble with a VIN on a particular vehicle that I was writng a a large contractor's insurance pack for. It was part of a fleet and I could not go forward with the policy until I could find the correct VIN. I tried several of the free sites and had no luck. I saw this one for $2.95.. Cheap enough. So I tried it with still no luck. I eventually did reconsile the VIN but on my next bank statement I saw a $29.95 charge from this company! I called to no avail and was told in essence.."your tough luck". I saw on one blog where several people had had the same experience where one person had to cancel the debit card in order to get them to stop charging their account. I am going to try the Utah, Salt lake City BBB but I don't expect to have it stopped. I will cancel my card and start again, I'm calling my bank today. This is outrageous!!
