This company is supposed to be a debt consolidation company. They required me to pay $4,000 up front and advised me not to make mortgage payments, claiming they could most likely get me a loan modification and to make payments after that was completed. It has been a year and come to find out they have made minimal contact with my morgage company and now my house is almost in foreclosure. THIS COMPANY VIOLATED CA CIVIL CODE because in CA and other states, no money for a loan modification is to be collected up front and that it is legally to be collected only AFTER the loan modification is completed and approved. They are refusing to refund my money and they are claiming to be "Christians" left and right. Owner is Richard Rodriguez. If anything knows anything, please contact us.
