Their site says free shipping for anything over $69. I bought 4 doz. Golf balls and it cost $132. When I paid, I was charged $10 shipping. I contacted them via e-mail and they said that some items do not ship for free. That was to sales. I re-e-mailed to customer service my complaint. They told me they already explained that some item aren't shipped free, but would not say where it says that on their web site. I thought they were kind of rude in their response. It is is small thing but it is not what they advertise.
