$4.95 was the advertisement for a starter kit, even returning to the add and looking for information on any future charges, I could not find any information. I was charged $119.90 a couple weeks later and to make matters worse I must have double clicked on the order so I was double billed. A month after that they sent me refill packages that I had never ordered for $54.00 again, times two. After many contact attempts I was able to find a phone number that worked (1-888-822-5977) and asked to be refunded for the extra unopened starter kit and the two refills. No luck! I asked to be removed from there contact list and any future purchases. Then I called my bank, explained the situation and asked them to ban all future withdrawals on my debt card from regal cigs. I give the product a 2 on the 1-10 scale and the company operates at borderline thieving level. Please beware it has cost me almost $350.00 dollars for a $4.99 trial kit.
