I rec eived a phone call stating that for just $3.90 I would get a $100 gas credit card. When I didn't get the card I was told that I would need to print it on line, I have tried to find this coupon

I received a phone call stating that I would get $100 of free gas for just $3.90. When I didn't receive anything, I called the number that was given to me 1-800-940-2686, I was told that I need to go on line and print the coupon, then every time I purchased gas, I was to send in the gas receipt with the coupon, the amount would be deducted from my gas credit and I woul be re - imbursed and then I could print off another coupon that would reflect the credit left. I cannot find a coupon to print and I am also concerned that they have my credit card number.
