Ripoff, unsuspecting investors, lying to get moneys that will not pay out any return Las Vegas NEVADA

I worked for Spell Binder Funding for 3 weeks. They buy lists of investors, and call them and asl if they remember speaking to them four months ago, becuase it is illegal to contact investers that you have never spoken to. They have their employees lie and say that they had been referred.

They then proceed to tell them they are trying to get investers to invest in a show that doesnt have contracts to play any where. They continue to change the dates. Moving the date out further when the date previously used arrives. I was told by one employee that they have been doing this for a year. We had been telling people the show would be at the Alladin Hotel. But I guess investors got wise and called, so now they are saying a venue like the Alladin. They have already collected over $200,000. Asking for a minimum of a ten thousand dollar investment, promissing 15 times the return.

Whats worse is, as soon as this spell binder project is finished, they intend to disolve the Spell Binder funding LLC, and start another fraudulent company. Something needs to be done about these people. The bad thing is who knows what their next name and scheme will be. The boss, Derek Ussinger says that they have a real estate project planned and another start up company.

Beware of investment company's in Las Vegas. You never know if these are the same people. They also have another office where they are selling stamps promissing to buy back these stamps in 2 years when the value increases and then close the doors in 8 mo.
