Stole my money Canada

In May I pre-ordered a dvd from justnewdvds on ebay. It was suppose to ship June 17th. At the end of June I e-mailed to get a update as to when it was shipped and every e-mail came back to me. I contacted ebay and was told that since he was no longer a reg. User they could not do anything. I contacted paypal and they said since the auction was over 30day old there was nothing they could do for me. So he got my money and I got nothing in return. He stole my money and many others!!
