Asked for our bank account numbers in exchange for money! Mail Fraud! Rip-off!

My husband received a letter stating that he has won in excess of $615,000. I decided to look it up on the internet before faxing the form back. I filled out the entire form EXCEPT for the bank numbers.
I refuse to spend any money calling or faxing these dirtbags, but I may splurge for a 60 cent stamp for airmail. I think I'll ask my husband to DEMAND his money in the form of a bank draft.
In the meantime, I filed a report with the US Postal Inspection Service; I urge others to do so, as well. Receiving guarantees of boatloads of free money by US Mail seems like mail fraud to me!
File a report and maybe someone will catch these lowlives. I'd like to see them destitute and wishing that the "lottery prize" was definitely theirs!
