This website is very misleading and any company that only operates one-way, i.E. Offers no refunds at anytime should be avoided at all costs. I needed a single search for a family member, because of financial problems, and was happy to pay the 95 cent charge. 3 Days later there is a 24.95 charge on my card, when the website clearly showed the renewal period was every month, mine showed due to be renewed on 4/12, but sure enough they charged $24.95 3 days later, on 3/17 and no one could help me, saying they offer No refunds at any time, for any reason! Ridiculous!
