On 3/2, I placed an order for hair color with BeautyStores.com. I was wary, so only placed a small order to check them out. Within 10 days, I received 3 prize scam mailings from various sources, all requesting a $20.00 prize collection fee. This "company" has so far not collected the $29.90 from my bank account. I am waiting, and when they do, I'll have a trail to follow. If they have taken money from you, check the trail. The bank can give you information as to the accont that money went to. If you sent a check, you have an address, and the cancellation information on the back of the check is important. Contact your local Secret Service Office, or call 202-406-5000 and ask for their local number. Today, 3/16, I cannot find BeautyStores.com or anything like it online. With any future purchases online, always be sure that the site is verified.
