I ordered a trial size face cream for £5.95 and free postage i did say i didnt want any more of the product and was assured they wouldnt send me or take anymore money out of my bank, but when i got my monthly statement they had taken the £34.95 out without my permission, and trying to get hold of them is a nightmare, please beware of this company as they only offer you the trial size cheap knowing they are going to take more from your bank, i had to cancel my credit card to stop them taking anymore. They took it from my account on the 18/2
