Southeast Trust
They debit my account on the 15th for an agreement that was made on the 2nd and cancelled on the 5th

Miscellaneous

I made an agreement with Southeast Trust on the Friday the 2nd of March to debit my account on the 15th of March for 300 dollars, for consolidation of my debts. On the 5th I called Steve my credit recruiter and informed him that I would not be using their services. I had a change of mind. I tried sending them a written letter through their contact us portal. However after several tries when you submit, page cannot be found comes up. When the paper contract came to my house I called them back and they informed me to ignore the paperwork. They were aware of my cancellation. However on the 15th they debited the 300 dollars from my account anyway. I have a right to cancel any agreement I enter into within a reasonable time period. I say that from the 2nd to the 5th is a reasonable time period when the money was not debited yet. I want this violation reported. For credit services the cancellation period is 5 days after making the contract.

Please help me contact the right people for this violation!
